Their is no Return and Refund Policy in general but management must review the incident and if determined there should be one they will be granted and here are the requirements.  All purchases should be treated as final sales so ensure you are confident and aware of making a purchase. 

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of only equipment:

• Terms of return (14 days)
• State of return (unopen and used)
• Reason for return (wrong product)
• Process for return (i.e. how to initiate a return, how to contact customer service)
• Process of refund (exchange of product)
